Waking up this way helps regulate your sleep/wake cycle, and it even boosts mood, energy and productivity levels for the rest of the day.The Bodyclock Spark is fully adjustable, powerful enough to light up the room or dimmed to a soft glow. When the room gets darker, the backlight in the display turns off to help you relax. Delaying the wake-up call with a click on the snooze button is another nice detail.
